* WHERE…In DC, District of Columbia. In Maryland, Anne Arundel, Central and Southeast Montgomery, Northwest Montgomery, and Prince Georges Counties. In Virginia, Eastern Loudoun and Fairfax Counties.
* WHEN…Until 10 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

WEST VIRGINIA: Hampshire, Morgan, Berkeley, Jefferson, Hardy, eastern Grant, eastern Mineral, eastern Pendleton.
