* WHAT…Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE…In Maryland, Washington, Central and Eastern Allegany, and Extreme Western Allegany Counties. In West Virginia, Berkeley and Morgan Counties.
* WHEN…Until 8 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
