MARYLAND: Washington, Frederick, Carroll, northern Baltimore, central/eastern Allegany, northwest Harford.
VIRGINIA: Shenandoah, Frederick, Warren, Clarke.
WEST VIRGINIA: Hampshire, Morgan, Berkeley, Jefferson, Hardy, eastern Mineral.

WHAT…Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
WHERE…Portions of north central, northern, and western Maryland, northwest Virginia, and the eastern panhandle of West Virginia.
WHEN…Until 9 AM EST this morning.
IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
