WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
WHERE…Portions of western Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Highland and Western Highland and eastern West Virginia, including the following area, Western Pendleton.
WHEN…Through late tonight.
IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
Around an inch to inch and a half of rain falling on saturated ground may cause flooding.
