MARYLAND: southern Baltimore, Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, central/southeast Howard, southeast Harford.

…FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING…
* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE…Anne Arundel, Central and Southeast Howard, Southeast Harford, and Southern Baltimore Counties including the City of Baltimore.
* WHEN…Until 6 AM EDT early this morning.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– A complex of slow-moving thunderstorms producing heavy rain may result in excessive rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches per hour. This would result in rapid rises of water on small streams and creeks, as well as in urban and poor drainage areas.
