* WHAT…Temperatures in the mid 30s will result in frost formation.
* WHERE…In Maryland, Washington and Central and Eastern Allegany Counties. In Virginia, Clarke, Frederick, and Warren Counties. In West Virginia, Hampshire, Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan Counties.
* WHEN…Until 9 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS…Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
