* WHERE…Portions of central and northern Maryland, northern Virginia, and eastern West Virginia.
* WHEN…Until 9 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS…Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
