DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.
MARYLAND: Frederick, Carroll, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, Charles, St. Mary’s, Calvert, Montgomery, Howard, Harford.
VIRGINIA: Nelson, Albemarle, Greene, Madison, Rappahannock, Orange, Culpeper, Fairfax, Arlington, Falls Church, Alexandria, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William, Manassas, Manassas Park.

* WHAT…Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE…Portions of DC, central, north central, northern, and southern Maryland, and central, northern, and northwest Virginia.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS…Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
