A Frost Advisory remains in effect from 3 am to 9 am Friday, October 25, 2024 including the following Washington, DC region jurisdictions.

MARYLAND: Frederick, Carroll, northern Baltimore, northwest Montgomery, northwest Howard, northwest Harford.
VIRGINIA: Madison, Rappahannock, Orange, Culpeper, Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William, Manassas, Manassas Park.

* WHAT…Temperatures as low as 35 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE…Portions of central, north central, and northern Maryland and central, northern, and northwest Virginia.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS…Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
