A Frost Advisory remains in effect to 9 am Monday, September 9, 2024 including the following Washington, DC region jurisdictions.

MARYLAND: Garrett, Allegany.
VIRGINIA: Augusta, Rockingham, Shenandoah, Frederick, Page, Warren, Clarke.
WEST VIRGINIA: Hampshire, Morgan, Berkeley, Jefferson, Hardy, Grant, Mineral.

…FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 9 AM EDT MONDAY…

* WHAT…Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE…Portions of western Maryland, northwest and western Virginia and eastern and panhandle West Virginia.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS…Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
