• WHAT…Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
• WHERE…In Virginia, Central and Northern Virginia Blue Ridge, and Eastern Highland County. In West Virginia, Eastern Pendleton County.
• WHEN…Until 7 AM EST this morning.
• IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

• WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 15 below. For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

WHERE…Western Highland County.

WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, until noon EST today. For the Wind Advisory, until 7 AM EST this morning.

IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
