A Freeze Warning remains in effect to 10 am Thursday, April 17, 2025 including the following jurisdictions.

VIRGINIA: Augusta, Rockingham, Shenandoah, Page.

…FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EDT THIS MORNING…

WHAT…Sub-freezing temperatures around 26 to 32 degrees expected.

WHERE…Page, Shenandoah, Augusta, and Rockingham Counties.

WHEN…Until 10 AM EDT this morning.

IMPACTS…Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

To prevent water pipes from freezing, wrap or drain or allow them to drip slowly.
