  • WHERE…In Maryland, Central and Eastern Allegany and Extreme Western Allegany Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Grant, Eastern Mineral, Eastern Pendleton, Western Grant, Western Mineral, and Western Pendleton Counties.
  • WHEN…Until noon EST today.
  • IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
