WHAT…Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
WHERE…In Maryland, Central and Eastern Allegany, Eastern Garrett, and Extreme Western Allegany Counties. In Virginia, Augusta, Eastern Highland, and Rockingham Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Grant, Eastern Mineral, Eastern Pendleton, and Western Mineral Counties.
WHEN…Until 10 AM EDT this morning.
IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Across Augusta and Rockingham counties, the highest winds will likely be confined to the higher elevations within western portions of these counties.
