WHERE…Anne Arundel, Southeast Harford, Southern Baltimore, Calvert, and St. Marys Counties.
WHEN…Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.
IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
