* WHAT…South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* WHERE…Northern Virginia Blue Ridge and Central Virginia Blue Ridge.
* WHEN…Until 11 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The combination of saturated ground and gusty winds will lead to scattered to numerous downed trees and power lines.
