* WHERE…Portions of western Maryland, central, northwest, and western Virginia, and eastern West Virginia.
* WHEN…Until 11 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
