WHAT…Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 6 inches or greater possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.
WHERE…In Maryland, Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.
WHEN…From Thursday morning through Friday morning.
IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
