MARYLAND: Garrett.
WEST VIRGINIA: western Grant, western Pendleton.

• WHAT…Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 6 inches or greater possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.
• WHERE…In Maryland, Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.
• WHEN…From Thursday morning through Friday morning.
• IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
