VIRGINIA: Rockingham, Shenandoah, Frederick, Page, Warren, Clarke, Rappahannock, northern Fauquier, western Highland, northern Blue Ridge.
WEST VIRGINIA: Hampshire, Morgan, Berkeley, Jefferson, Hardy, eastern Grant, Mineral, eastern Pendleton.
