WHAT…Snow accumulations up to 3 inches. A coating of ice is also possible tonight. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph, especially on the ridges.
WHERE…In Maryland, Extreme Western Allegany County. In West Virginia, Western Mineral County.
WHEN…Until 1 AM EST Friday.
IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
