* WHAT…Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.
* WHERE…In Maryland, Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.
* WHEN…Until 6 AM EST early this morning.
* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
