WHAT…Freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations around a light glaze.
WHERE…Cecil and Southeast Harford Counties.
WHEN…Until noon EST today.
IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Temperatures will warm later this morning with precipitation transitioning to rain.
